Shipping/Handling Policy:

By placing any order from our Secure Website or Phone-in orders, you agree to all the terms and conditions placed here within our Shipping/Handling, Paypal, International Shipping, Privacy Policy, Return Policy.  If you do not agree with these policy's set forth, please do not place an order!

Please allow up to 2 to 7 days for delivery however in some cases it may take a little longer depending on Back Orders etc...

Shipping is non-refundable in most cases.

Most orders received by 2:00PM EST (MI) on weekdays will be shipped out that same day provided that the item(s) is in stock. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Back ordered items will not prevent us from shipping those items which are part of the order in stock You may cancel your backorder(s) or remain on backorder status at anytime by calling : 800.738.3023 or E-mail us for further instructions.

All shipments are sent out via UPS ground and/or USPS mail and insured, unless otherwise requested in advance.UPS First Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day are also offered. Please select your preference when placing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and Paypal. Your credit card statement will show either "Pet Treats Plus" and/or "pettreatsplus@myway.com".

We now accept Paypal payments as a convenience for our customers who have a checking account but no credit cards. We are Paypal Verified and will only accept Verified US Checking Account Withdraw Payments Only!
(Unless you already have a balance in your Paypal account to cover your order)Your Paypal account must have a Confirmed shipping address. There is no exception to this policy. Using an Un-confirmed Paypal address will cause automatic cancellation of your order and your money return within 48 hours. No Exceptions!
 
All Money Orders and Personal Checks Must be recieved by Pet Treats Plus first for a Order to be shipped. Personal and Company checks may require a 4 to 7 day clearing process before orders are shipped out. Please mail all Checks and Money Orders to:

Security:  This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We verify all Credit cards with the credit card companies and will call or E-mail the customer if anything does not match before we ship out any products. Pet Treats Plus reserves the right to refuse any order.

Fraud: Anyone trying to de-fraud this site with a stolen credit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! We record all IP's (Internet Service Provider address's) during the ordering process. Any suspicious activities will be turned over to the proper authorities along with any information needed for an Arrest and Conviction! All credit card fraud is promptly reported to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), then vigorously prosecuted.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange any item, or accept any return, whether you are the original purchaser or the recipient of a gift. Please read the following information:

Full Refund... We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item (sorry, shipping is not refundable) when the item is returned to us within 7 days after the purchase was made, the item is in new condition and otherwise sellable.Please ensure that the package you choose to return the item in is the proper form of packaging to protect the item from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.

10% Restocking Fee... Sorry, we must charge 10% of purchase price restocking fee on items returned.

We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail.

Exchanges... Exchanges will be treated as new orders. Please place your new order online.

We can only credit the credit card used by the original purchaser for any returns or for any differences in purchase price from exchange.

We do not give refunds in cash or check, and we do not credit a different credit card. If you have received a gift, you may return it for store credit.
