Waggin Train by the Case - Chicken Jerky Tenders

I purchased these at Costco, my dogs love them but I just read the package and see they are made in China. I am quite concerned about that so I don't know if I will purchase them again. How do I know if they use antibiotics or hormones in their chickens?
